Also known as "zee loup-garou." 
First, print out the preceding design. 

Then cut it out. Color it if you want (color both sides of the tongue black). 

Then fold it together at the tail. Glue the tail together. Glue the top snout and lower jaw together, but don't glue the head together. Overlap the base flaps and glue, tape, or staple together. Push the arms out a bit and curl the claws down. Raise the hackles on his back and fork the ears out. Werewolf done! Go out and hunt....
