Chicken Marinade
Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken pieces
5 tblsp soy sauce
1-2 cloves garlic
2 tblsp Brown sugar
5 tblsp Treikai Marinade and sauce
ginger
fresh ground pepper
salt
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except chicken, then pour over the chicken. Leave
for 2-3 days turning the chicken at least 2 times per day, then cook
over a hot plate or sling it on the BBQ.
