Chicken breasts
1 C pineapple juice
1/2 C sugar
1/4 C sherry
1/4 C soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic, 1 clove, minced
Instructions:
Mix ingredients together. Marinate boneless, skinless chicken breasts for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Grill or broil, basting
with marinade, until done.
