Monkey Business
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt or 2 scoops ice cream, any flavor
1 cup milk
1 banana, broken into chunks
2 tblsp carob powder or cocoa
2 tblsp honey (only if you use yogurt)
dash of nutmeg/cinnamon
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and whiz on medium
speed until well blended. Pour in one tall, 2 medium or 3 small glasses and drink up.
