Ingredients:
2 cups milk
2 tblsp shredded coconut
1 tblsp honey
small handful of almonds or cashews
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and whiz on medium
speed until well blended - about the time it takes to sing 3 rounds of
Row, Row, Row our Boat).
Pour in one tall, 2 medium or 3 small glasses and drink up.
